FAQ
How long have you been replacing windows, siding and doors?
We have over 28 years of experience working in the construction industry. Our specialty is windows, siding and doors, but we also build decks, porches, sunrooms and perform roof work.
Do you have a contractor’s license and what is your license number?
Yes we have a State Contractors License. Our License Number is Mass. Reg #169210.
Why is it important for a window, siding and door company to have Workmen’s Compensation?
If you hire a window, siding and door company that doesn’t have workmen’s compensation, they are claiming that they do not have employees. What that means is the contractor will be installing the windows, siding or doors himself, with no additional help. However most window, siding and door companies claim they have no employees when in fact they have a crew that comes to your house and performs the work.
Why this would matter and is important to you the homeowner?
If an installer gets injured while at your house they can come after your homeowner’s insurance to pay for medical bills and being injured. The reason companies have Workman’s Compensation is to protect the homeowner from lawsuits and medical claims from uninsured workers. Are you willing to take that risk?
Do you have workmen’s compensation?
Yes, all of our installers are covered by workmen’s compensation.
